The two things that matter most when you land
After an international flight, finding your driver and knowing a delay will not cause problems is what actually makes an arrival feel easy. Both are included on every UK transfer, at no extra charge.
Meet & Greet at CDG
Your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall with a name sign, helps with your luggage and walks you straight to the car — no searching for taxis, no comparing prices, no long walks with heavy bags. Particularly appreciated by families, elderly passengers, business travellers and first-time visitors.
Flight tracking included
We monitor your flight in real time from departure to arrival. If it lands early or late, your chauffeur adjusts the pickup automatically — no need to update us. Peace of mind, whatever your UK airport or airline.
Which UK airport are you flying from?
We collect from every terminal at Charles de Gaulle, whatever your airline and whatever time you land.
| Departure airport | Flight time to CDG | Usual CDG terminal |
|---|---|---|
| London Heathrow | ≈ 1 h 20 | Terminal 2 |
| London Gatwick | ≈ 1 h 25 | Terminal 2 |
| London City | ≈ 1 h 15 | Terminal 2 |
| London Stansted / Luton | ≈ 1 h 25 | Terminal 2 or 3 |
| Manchester | ≈ 1 h 35 | Terminal 2 |
| Birmingham | ≈ 1 h 25 | Terminal 2 |
| Bristol | ≈ 1 h 25 | Terminal 2 |
| Edinburgh | ≈ 1 h 55 | Terminal 2 |
| Glasgow | ≈ 2 h 00 | Terminal 2 |
| Newcastle | ≈ 1 h 40 | Terminal 2 |
| Belfast | ≈ 1 h 50 | Terminal 2 |
Whichever terminal you land at, your chauffeur meets you inside the arrivals hall of that terminal — you do not need to find your way to a pickup point or take the CDGVAL shuttle with your bags.
Room for the luggage a UK family actually travels with
Modern, well-maintained vehicles with space for suitcases, pushchairs, golf clubs or ski bags — comfortable whether you are travelling alone or as a family.
Whatever brings you to Paris
Direct from CDG to anywhere in the Paris region
Every journey is direct and completely private — no shared vehicles, no unnecessary stops, and no change of train at Châtelet with your bags. Travelling on to the parks? See our London to Disneyland Paris transfer and UK to Disneyland Paris transfer pages.
Confirmed in writing at booking, per vehicle and not per person.
Traffic, roadworks and flight delays do not change your fare.
Private transfer, Paris taxi or the RER B?
| Private transfer | RER B | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | Fixed, per vehicle, agreed before you fly | A few euros per person |
| Where you meet it | Inside arrivals, name sign | Station under Terminal 2, or CDGVAL from T1 and T3 |
| To Disneyland | Direct, ≈ 45 min | RER B then RER A, change at Châtelet |
| Luggage | Loaded for you | Stairs, gates, escalators |
| If your flight is late | Tracked, pickup adjusted | Runs roughly 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. |
To be straightforward: if you are travelling light, in daylight, to a hotel near a central station, the RER B will get you there for a fraction of the price. We will say so if you ask.
A private transfer earns its price in three situations — a family with pushchairs and several suitcases, a flight landing late at night or leaving before dawn, and any journey to Disneyland Paris or Val d’Europe, where the train involves a change at Châtelet with everything you are carrying. Above three passengers, the per-vehicle price usually beats three separate fares. What every UK transfer includes
Before you book your transfer from the UK
Which CDG terminal will my UK flight land at?
It depends on your airline, and allocations change. Whichever it is, your chauffeur meets you inside the arrivals hall of that terminal — send us your flight number when you book and we will be at the right one.
How long does it take from CDG to central Paris?
About 45 minutes to an hour for the 25 kilometres, depending on the time of day. Allow 20 to 30 minutes more if you land during the morning or evening rush. Your price does not change if the traffic does.
How long does it take from CDG to Disneyland Paris?
About 45 minutes for the 45 kilometres, outside peak hours. It is a straightforward run on the A104, and it avoids the RER B to RER A connection at Châtelet, which is the part UK families find hardest with luggage.
What happens if my flight from the UK is delayed?
Nothing on your side, and nothing extra to pay. We track your flight in real time from departure, so the chauffeur adjusts the pickup automatically. Give us your flight number rather than your scheduled landing time.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child and booster seats are available on request. Tell us the ages and number of children when you book, because seats are fitted before we leave for the airport rather than at the kerb.
Is a private transfer better value than the RER B?
Not always. For one or two people travelling light to a central hotel, the train is cheaper. From three passengers upwards, or with luggage, or heading to Disneyland Paris, a fixed price per vehicle usually works out lower than separate fares and far less trouble.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can for school holidays, half term and summer weekends, when vehicles are booked out. Outside those periods a day or two is usually enough, and we take last-minute requests on WhatsApp whenever a vehicle is free.
