1. Company Information
MCAB PARIS TRANSFER provides private chauffeur, airport transfer and premium transportation services in Paris, Disneyland Paris, Marne-la-Vallée and surrounding areas.
By booking a service with MCAB PARIS TRANSFER, the customer accepts the present Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking
Bookings may be made online, by WhatsApp, telephone or email.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by MCAB PARIS TRANSFER.
Customers must provide accurate information regarding:
Pick-up address
Destination
Flight or train details
Number of passengers
Luggage quantity
Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the service provided.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are fixed and confirmed before the journey.
Additional charges may apply in the following situations:
Extra stops requested by the customer
Significant delays not related to flight tracking
Excess luggage not declared during booking
Additional waiting time beyond the included period
Payment may be made:
On board directly to the chauffeur
By bank transfer
By online payment when available
4. Flight & Train Monitoring
MCAB PARIS TRANSFER monitors flights and trains in real time in order to adapt pick-up times whenever possible.
Customers must provide correct flight or train information at the time of booking.
5. Waiting Time
Airport pick-ups include complimentary waiting time after flight arrival.
Additional waiting time beyond the included period may be charged.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may be cancelled free of charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may be charged partially or fully.
No-shows may result in the full amount being charged.
7. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers must:
Respect the vehicle and chauffeur
Wear seat belts
Avoid inappropriate or dangerous behavior
MCAB PARIS TRANSFER reserves the right to refuse transportation in case of unsafe or abusive behavior.
8. Child Seats
Child seats may be provided upon request and subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for requesting appropriate child seats during booking.
9. Partner Chauffeurs
To ensure service availability and operational continuity, certain transfers may occasionally be operated by trusted professional transport partners working with MCAB PARIS TRANSFER.
All partner chauffeurs are professional drivers selected according to service quality standards.
10. Limitation of Liability
MCAB PARIS TRANSFER cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
Traffic conditions
Road accidents
Weather conditions
Police controls
Events outside reasonable control
The company undertakes to make every reasonable effort to provide punctual and reliable transportation services.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to the services provided shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
